To 9th, 10th, and 11th Grade Students and Families: Please let us know that you are coming back to City High School next year.

The form will only take a minute of your time and will be very helpful as we plan ahead for next year. The form is also an opportunity to let us know if any additional children from your family are planning to enroll at City High School for the 2012-2013 school year.
