February 1: Financial Aid for College

Junior and Senior students and families: Please come and join us for an overview of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on February 1^st from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at City High School.

The FAFSA is the application most colleges and other post-secondary programs use to determine eligibility for federal, state, and college or program-sponsored financial aid, including grants, educational loans, and work-study programs.

There are often many questions that arise when filling out personal information on the FAFSA, and we are here to help answer some of those questions and provide resources to access additional information.

There will be two additional opportunities to receive help with the FAFSA: ‘College Goal Days’ are February 11 and 12 and are days when participating organizations offer FREE FAFSA assistance by financial aid professionals. Please visit www.collegegoalsundayusa.org for more information.
