Eve Rifkin Earns a Doctoral Degree from Vanderbilt University

There’s a doctor in the house! City High School just got a whole lot smarter as, last weekend, City High School co-founder, Eve Rifkin graduated with a doctoral degree in Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development. Eve successfully completed the three-year EdD program at Vanderbilt while serving full-time as the school’s Director of College Access. As one of the top scholars in her program, Eve was awarded the Arville Wheeler prize. The Wheeler prize honors a graduate who works in K-12 education and is the only prize awarded by Peabody’s EdD program. Congratulations Dr. Rifkin on this incredible achievement! We are so proud!
