Senior YPAR Symposium Thurs. Apr. 26

This Thursday evening, Apr. 26, seniors will be sharing their yearlong action research work with families and members of the Tucson community. Come and hear about the following issues, how they impact youth, and what can be done to make improvements:

  • extracurricular activities and academic achievement
  • solar energy and low-income neighborhoods
  • arts integration in the classroom
  • physical fitness and mental well-being
  • ways that schools can better support trans and queer youth
  • drug addiction and mental health

…and many more.

The event will be in our new Collaborative Learning Center at 37 E. Pennington, right next door to CHS, and will go from 5:30-7:00 p.m..

We look forward to seeing everyone at this first-of-its-kind Senior Research Symposium!

If you have any questions about this event, please do not hesitate to contact either Eve Rifkin or Krista Gypton.

NOTE: The research symposium will occur regardless of the instructional closure scheduled for 4/26.
