Principal’s Notes

We are eager to encourage and promote strong academic commitment among all of our students. Students were honored last month for strong academic performance. We are proud to list over 40 students who earned a place on the Principal’s List for first semester grades. These students earned all As and Bs (with the permission of one C this time around). All students on the Principal’s List were in a lottery drawing for a gift certificate for lunch at Dizzy G’s Restaurant on Pennington St. The winner was ninth grader Davina Wilson. In addition, we had an Academic Superstar Award for students who earned straight As. These students were rewarded with gift certificates to Bookmans. All of the students were honored publicly at a whole school meeting.

Students are welcome to bring a friend if they fill out a guest permission slip.
