Erica Saunders graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a bachelors in Social Work.  She received her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University.  She is a Licensed Social Worker by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health and has been making life better for the students of City High since 2008.

Erica grew up in Tucson and moved back after spending five years in Los Angeles.  She believes that creating connections with the community is the foundation that we all need to be successful in life.  This is why she strongly relates to the philosophy of City High School and is excited to be a part of it.

Erica lives downtown with her husband, two boys, one dog, six fish, and four chickens. She has served on the Board of Directors for Aviva Children’s Services since 2009.
