Josh studied both at the University of Arizona and Prescott College to receive his Sustainable Community Development degree and a minor in Japanese Studies.
As a long time Tucson resident, he was the founding member of both Dry River Resource Center and Xerocraft Hackerspace. He currently is on the Board of Directors for Xerocraft and leads their Youth Program. Josh has enjoyed teaching over the last three years, in various schools in Tucson with children of all ages K-12, and has recently returned from teaching English in Japan.
Josh joined the CHS team last year as a Math Tutor, and VOICES afterschool program instructor, and he now enjoys teaching the Sophomore Math Class. Outside of school, he enjoys gardening, home remodeling projects, and making things at Xerocraft.
