Alumni Profile – Dakota Hall, 2014

Dakota Hall, CHS Class of 2014

Dakota is a crew chief for the United States Air Force, where he performs aircraft maintenance on the KC-135 Stratotanker. He maintains the aircraft’s functionality from simple tasks like replacing lightbulbs and hardware, to complicated repairs on landing gear and flight controls. Dakota grew up working with cars and always had an admiration for airplanes. He describes his current position as a “match made in heaven.”

Dakota reflects on City High School’s impact: “I started to open up, I met new and diverse people, and I learned how to talk and present in front of people. … The emphasis on community helped me understand not just my impact on the world but what we can all do together to make it better.”
