Application Form

The first step to enroll at City High School is to complete and submit the application. The deadline for the 2013-2014 school year is February 1, 2013. All applications submitted by February 1 will be reviewed and considered depending on space in the grade level for next school year. We will be in touch with all families by mid-February to share updates on each student’s application status.
