Application Form for New Students

The first step to enroll at City High School is to complete and submit the application. The deadline for the 2012-2013 school year is March 1, 2012. All applications submitted by March 1 will be reviewed and considered depending on space in the grade level for next school year. We will be in touch with all families in early March to share updates on each student’s application status.
