Reminder: Special Schedule + Parent-Teacher Conferences, September 12 & 13

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be Thursday evening, September 12, from 4:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. and on Friday morning, September 13, between 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Conferences will be “arena style,” meaning that all teachers will be set up together on the ground floor (spread out with one teacher per table). Gateway and End of the Year Schedule

As we near the end of the school year, students are hard at work preparing for Gateways, final exams, and presentations. There are some changes to our regularly scheduled days. Please refer to the following schedule changes for the coming weeks:

Thurs, 5/23- Gateways All Day: 9 am – 3 pm
Fri, 5/24- Gateways Half Day: 9 am – 12:30 pm
Mon, 5/27- No School
Tues, 5/28- Gateways All Day: 9 am – 3 pm
Wed, 5/29- Gateways Half Day & Last Day of School: 9 am – 12:30 pm

Gateways are May 23-24 & 28-29. Schedule your student’s Gateway today!

Gateways are coming!

At the end of every school year, City High School students create a Gateway presentation to demonstrate their progress on the academic standards and their personal development as it pertains to the school’s mission and our Habits of Heart and Mind. Each grade level has a different critical question that guides their performance, and a successful Gateway is required to move on to the next grade level.

Students in grades 9-11 will be presenting their Gateways May 23-24 & May 28-29. Parents or guardians are required to attend their student’s Gateway presentation. To register for a specific time, please visit the link below, click on the name of your student’s Advisor, and schedule a time that works for your family. Note: Gateways are scheduled by Advisor, so you only need to make one reservation with your student’s Advisor.

Schedule your student’s Gateway HERE!

Extended family are also welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you all here to learn about your student’s growth and learning over the past school year!
